Join us in welcoming athlete Quach Thi Lan to the 4th edition of the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International! She is a professional sprint and hurdle athlete, and has outstanding achievements at tournaments across Asia, including at the Southeast Asian Games and Asian Athletics Championship.

She continuously challenges herself to break her own personal records and delights in bringing victory back to Vietnam. Quach Thi Lan shared: “I will never stop practicing, never stop learning from my competitors, and through training and international competition, I will never stop improving myself.”

The Organizing Committee of the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon continues to wish all of our athletes and their families good health and safety during this time.

Recently, the 4th wave of the COVID-19 pandemic in Ho Chi Minh City and immediate areas has been brought under control. However, in accordance with Resolution No. 128 on COVID-19, issued 11 October 2021, and in the interest of putting the health and safety of the community first, we regret to inform you that The 5th Edition of the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon, originally scheduled for December 2021, has been postponed.

After consulting with the appropriate community and public health authorities, the Organizing Committee has rescheduled the event for December 11th, 2022.

Please be informed that your registration information for the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon will be automatically carried over and adjusted to the newly scheduled race day.

The Organizing Committee would like to extend our sincerest apologies to all of our athletes and their families as a result of this force majeure and its ramifications. We encourage you all to continue your rigorous training in preparation for next year and we hope to receive your continued support for future events as we push through this difficult time.
