There is only 1 week left until the 6th Edition of the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon officially takes place. All runners must check in at the Race Kit Pick-up Area in Marathon Village to participate in this year’s race. To expedite the check-in process, we encourage runners to sign the e-Waiver sent to their email addresses. (*)
Check-in times: Ensure you complete the process within the given time slots
– Friday, December 8th, 2023: 10:00 – 20:00.
– Saturday, December 9th, 2023: 08:00 – 20:00.

For athletes who haven’t received a QR code, at the time of check-in at the event onsite, please provide one of the following pieces of information: Email / ID card / Passport / Phone number. Our staff at the counter will check the system and proceed with your check-in according to the procedure.

Please open this email and follow the provided instructions. After successful signing, you will receive an email with the subject [6th Edition of the Techcombank Ho Chi Minh City International Marathon] – Ký miễn trừ trách nhiệm điện tử thành công / Signed e-Waiver successfully from no-reply@actiup-hub.net to your inbox. This email will contain the QR code, which will be used for check-in and race kit collection at the event.
– As part of the event’s check-in procedure, we implement photo-taking to uphold the integrity and fairness of the competition, especially when it comes to addressing concerns related to cheating and result accuracy. Rest assured, any images taken by the check-in device will be treated with the utmost confidentiality and accessed only when absolutely necessary.
